- Launched VAN HOUTEN and KANDOS Chocolates into the Indian Market.
- Repositioned the Brand Arokya Milk from being “ Value for Money” to the “Best Milk for growing Children”.
- Worked with Marketing Guru, Mr. Al Ries on the repositioning of the “Arokya Brand”.
- Built the brand Arokya into India’s largest private sector & Standardised Milk Brand.
- Developed the strategy and successfully Launched the VEGIT Potato Flakes and Snack Mixes in the Institutional, Food Service / horeca and Retail – Consumer segments. Within three years reached full capacity and leader in the FS.
- Worked and converted the brand – CATCH Spices into a modern and contemporary brand.
- Turned around the Consumer Products Division of Suguna Foods into profitability in the FY for the first time.
- Transformed ‘Mother’s Recipe’ brand to a leading Culinary Brand in India.
- Enabled the entry of Mother’s Recipe into the Spreads category by launching Mayonnaise and traditional sauces.
- Conceptualized and implemented the Marketing for GOOD Program for Brand Mother’s Recipe across the country.
- Developed Franchised Retail Outlets – “MRF T&S”, “CATCH Tasty Secrets”, Suguna “Daily Fressh” and Mother’s Recipe Stores.
Qualifications: Master of Science degree in Food & Agri Sciences with Post Graduate diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a one year fulltime program in International Agri – Food Management from ESSEC Business School, France.
